Do I need surfing or foil experience?

No prior foiling or surfing experience is required! While general board balance is helpful, our step-by-step progression makes eFoiling accessible and fun for all willing and able participants.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable swimwear or athletic gear that can get wet, sunscreen, and bring a towel. We supply the LIFT eFoil, helmet, and safety vest.

Is it safe?
