By booking or participating in any Sunrise Paddleboards activity, you agree to these terms. Please read them before your visit.
Assumption of Risk
Paddleboarding, kayaking, water biking, and snorkeling involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk, and you agree not to hold Sunrise Paddleboards, its staff, or its partners responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
Minors
Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian, and minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Bookings & Payment
Reservations require advance payment through our booking system. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy. In short: cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. See the Cancellation Policy page for full details.
Safety & Conduct
Follow all safety instructions and staff guidance. We may refuse or end participation, without refund, for unsafe behavior or conditions.
Weather
Florida weather changes quickly. We operate in light rain and only cancel for persistent lightning. If we cancel for weather, you're fully covered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
