Our World Famous “Venice of America” Paddleboard Tour is our most popular, but this is the BEST!  Instead of coming back to our dock; this Tour continues through the New River into Historic Downtown Riverfront all the way to the Pirates Bar or Cooley’s Landing.  See Millionaires Row which stretches from Tarpon Bend all the way to the Intracoastal or just enjoy the spectacular skyline views. 

Find out why the notorious Al Capone, Bugsy Siegel, drug kingpin George Morales, and much-investigated foreclosure maven David Stern, who tore down the house next door to his $15 million pad in The Harborage so he could build a tennis court.  Speaking of court; we will paddle under the Andrews Avenue Bridge and you will see the Broward County Courthouse and Jail. This has been the sight of legal battles such as the famous 2000 presidential election recount involving Bush vs. Gore and the Anna Nicole Smith funeral case.  Also, on the Tour will be the Stranahan House, built in 1901 and originally owned by Frank and Ivy Stranahan. The house was built in the New River Settlement in what would later become Fort Lauderdale, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2011.
